Your opportunity:

We are looking for two talented Business and System Analysts to join our team and Digitalization Hub at Boliden for business area Mines. One will focus on support systems for enrichment plants and the other on autonomous mobile machines operating in underground mines. These roles are perfect for individuals who are eager to drive innovation and efficiency in the mining and milling industries.
Who you will work with:
You will collaborate with a diverse team of IT professionals, data analysts and engineers. You'll work closely with operational staff to understand their needs and ensure our systems support their work effectively. You'll also liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our operations. These positions report to our Head of Section for IT Mines Digitalization Hub and can be based at our Mine Staff in Boliden or at one of our mining sites in Sweden, Finland or Ireland. Travels are included to our various locations to ensure effective collaboration and support across all sites.
What you will do:
As a Business and System Analyst for Mill Operations you will:
- Coordinate and oversee support systems used in mill operations
- Manage data related to milling processes ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Provide technical guidance and support for system users
- Generate reports and analyze data to support business decisions
- Create roadmaps and enable architectural standards with our business units
- Identify opportunities to improve support systems
- Drive implementation projects
As a Business and System Analyst for Mobile Machines you will:
- Develop and manage a platform integrating applications for mobile machines
- Ensure seamless data collection and control of autonomous equipment
- Provide technical guidance and support for system users
- Generate reports and analyze data to support business decisions
- Create roadmaps and enable data & architectural standards with our business units
- Drive continuous improvements and implementation projects

We believe you are/have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with IT/OT systems in industrial environments
- Technical proficiency in data management, support systems and telemetry data
- Analytical skills, attention to details and patterns to generate actionable insights from data
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in English and the local language of one of our mining sites
- Valid driver's license for a passenger car
