Process Manager to Boliden Garpenberg

Main tasks and responsibility
As a Process Manager for the process department at our concentrator in Garpenberg, you will work closely with the business and lead a team of 6 employees. You are responsible for planning, leading, distributing and developing the concentrator plant, the paste plant and the environmental facilities (reservoir, nitrogen, fenton).
The assignment also involves working with the development and optimization of enrichment processes - both operationally and strategically. You will work closely with mine and the technology department and participate in different projects and joint customer meetings.
The process department includes the concentrator's process engineers and the staff of the laboratory. Together with your team you ensure that the business develops and that results and the budget are achieved according to the plan. You will also be part of the management team for the concentrator plant. You will report to the Mill Manager and be part of the concentrator's management team.
What you bring
We are looking for you who have a relevant university education in chemistry, water treatment, surface chemistry or equivalent. You have 3-5 work experience. meritorious are if you have previously worked in concentrators or the process industry and if you have experience of leadership.
You can easily collaborate with other people and departments, and you have a structured way of working. You take initiatives and have the desire to engage, inspire and develop employees at all levels. You have good computer skills and can express yourself verbally and in writing in English, Swedish is an advantage or the desire to learn. B driving license is a requirement.
