Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Strategic Product Manager at Product Line Radio within Business Area Networks.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for high-profile M-MIMO radio products that are an instrumental for Ericsson radio portfolio competitiveness, technology leadership, and profitability securing long term success in 5G and 6G.
As SPM for M-MIMO radios, you will be deeply engaged in defining the product strategy, negotiate key product commitments towards the customers and market areas, take responsibility for product life cycle and commercial success for the M-MIMO radio products – exceeding expectations from the market and maximizing profitability when appropriate, considering dependencies and prioritization within Ericsson.

In addition, we believe you have:
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent
- Ability to develop strategies, structure and priorities
- Experience of wireless communication, radio design and radio networks
- Knowledge in data analytics, AI & Machine Learning
- A passion for technology and innovation
- Business and financial acumen
- A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
- Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
