About this opportunity:
Radio Products Sweden is responsible for driving radio product development in all phases of the development cycle with focus on technology leadership, efficient ways of working and short time to market for our products. For our unit, Radio Product System Lead Lund, we have now an exciting opening for a System Lead.
What you will do:
- You will work with the latest technology for 5G and 6G mobile communications,
- Lead a team of System Engineers working with Studies and Requirements definition.
- Collaborate with other teams working with Design, Integration and Verification.
- Secure timely delivery of Systemization projects.
- Secure that our development processes are followed.
The skills you bring:
- M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent.
- Several years’ experience in product development.
- Several years’ experience in systems engineering, preferably from RF systems, or a successful track record from leading technical product development as Technical Project Manager or similar.
- Innovation and teamwork mentality paired with the ability to adapt and respond to change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
