As a Cash Specialist, you will join a dynamic and down-to-earth team at a reputable company. In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Termination of leasing and loan contracts
• Reconciliations
• Provide assistance with issues and challenges that arise in daily operations across the Nordic region
• Handle various inquiries from customers, suppliers and manage invoice-related requests
• Identify, implement, and document changes and improvements
• Take on an important role in upcoming projects and the development of processes
Pre-Requisites for the role:
You hold a relevant university degree and minimum 3 years experience in, preferable, Financial Services relatable business. You are an outgoing and positive individual who easily builds trust. You are communicative, highly service-oriented and enjoy frequent interactions with customers and colleagues. The role involves engaging with various stakeholders, so it is crucial that you understand the importance of strong business relationships and are willing to go the extra mile.
To be successful in this role, you are a role model who takes responsibility and brings structure to a diverse range of tasks. Given that you will be working across various markets and handling both administrative duties and change management initiatives, it is essential that you enjoy managing multiple topics at once.
Since we are an international organization, you are fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language. We will place great emphasis on your personal characteristics.

Further information
The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms. The position is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement and reports to the Cash Management Team lead.
