As our Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will be a key part of Epiroc´s International Compensation & Benefits Team and it is a great opportunity for you to get broad knowledge of Global Mobility & Compensation and Benefits and at the same time contribute actively to the development of the area within Epiroc.
You will initially be responsible to plan, prepare and manage operational activities related to pension, group life and medical insurance provided to international assignees. You will handle master data and follow up of assignee population in Epiroc as well as long term incentive program administration. You will also be involved in global salary review analysis, preparation and completion. This includes being the first point of contact for the day-to-day business with the internal stakeholders and external vendors related to these areas.
You will also be expected to drive improvement of processes and ways of working and actively contribute to moving towards process improvement, reduction of manual activities towards HR digitalization, provide analysis and benchmark activities in selected areas and stay up to date in in the area of Global Mobility and C&B. Over time, responsibilities will evolve to include participation in other areas and projects, thereby actively contributing to the continuous development of Global Mobility and C&B within Epiroc.
This role involves frequent liaison with senior management across Epiroc globally, including HR leaders.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have an open mindset towards any task and ability to deal with operational tasks as well as complex queries at the same time. You are analytical and have high interest in working with numbers with strong self-management skills and motivation to meet deadlines.
You have a university degree required in relevant area, such as Finance, HR or Law and two to four years´ relevant work experience from either from Global Mobility or C&B in an international environment. An understanding of accounting principles, tax, social security and pension is beneficial.
As our corporate language is English, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
You are proficient in Ms Excel and have good knowledge of HR systems.

This position is located in Sickla, Sweden.
