About this opportunity:
We are looking for a talented and motivated new graduate to join our Module System & Verification (MSV) department, specifically within the Module Hardware Verification (MHV) section. As part of this team, you will play a key role in verifying and ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of baseband hardware systems. This work is critical in ensuring Ericsson’s ability to execute speedily, deliver high-quality solutions, and maintain its position as an industry leader.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in hardware verification and system testing within a state-of-the-art telecom lab environment. You will work on end-to-end solutions, from setting up and maintaining telecom site configurations to troubleshooting real-world customer issues. Our culture of cooperation and collaboration ensures that you will work alongside experienced engineers, continuously developing your skills while contributing to real telecom innovations.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain solution and node environments for hardware verification.
- Develop and enhance use cases at the node level to validate system functionality.
- Support maintenance and R&D projects by troubleshooting customer and project issues.
- Perform power consumption estimations in the early phases of projects.
- Analyze system logs and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Develop configuration files and test scripts for system validation.
- Work in a climate chamber environment with full telecom site solutions.
- Operate and test real and simulated user equipment (UE).
You will bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Embedded Systems (or a related field)
- Basic knowledge of telecom networks, radio access technologies, and core network functions
- Experience with Linux, scripting, and system configuration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot system issues.
- Familiarity with tools such as FsUE, Moshell, or similar telecom-related software is a plus.
