Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Developer within Cloud RAN Engineering Unit.
What you will do:
Engineering Unit Cloud RAN owns the acceleration and creation of a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offering. This unit contains in one organization total life-cycle capability from architecture definition to deployment in customer networks and capability to contribute to open-source communities.
Programable networks are vital for Ericsson strategy and intent management is a key aspect of that. With this opportunity you will join a team that’s responsible for delivering a management product that orchestrates RAN Software, which is an important part of intent management.
You will bring:

In addition, we believe you have:
- MSc in Data Science, computer science or equivalent
- Proven programmer skills
- Experience of Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platform
- Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change.
- Knowledge of AI & Machine Learning and security
- Experience of SW engineering or development with hands-on programming
- A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
- Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
