You’ll collaborate with them to solve some of the most ambitious issues faced by our customers to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Your journey will start as Product Dev Lead at Product Engineering Unit Radio, within our software department!
What you will do:
The program will focus on developing your skills as a leader from different perspectives, such as people, strategic and technology leadership. During the program you will be mentored by one of our leaders and attend several learning modules, both online and on site. As the world is constantly evolving, one of your tasks will be to lead different change initiatives in Product Development, along with coaching and developing individuals, teams and organizations. You will work closely with Radio Development Project members from Software, Hardware, Integration, Project Manager, etc
You will bring:

We believe you can challenge us in who we're looking for and have a motivation and interest in working in a project management area, ideally with some relevant experience in Agile/Lean Software Development.
In addition, we believe you have:
- BSc or MSc in the Engineering Field
- Good understanding of Software development process, inc. Agile and Scrum
- Desire and the ability to work as Software Technical Leader and with Hardware integration
- Leadership skills
- A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
