Global Head of Digital Solutions

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and serving on the Group Function People Leadership Team, this role will architect and execute a digital HR strategy that enables our people to do their best work, every day, everywhere. This leader will ensure our digital platforms are intuitive, impactful, and drive measurable business value worldwide. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Develop and implement a digital HR systems roadmap and strategy that aligns with and supports the Ericsson Human Resources Strategy.  
  • Collaborate closely with global HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand needs and drive innovation in digital solutions.  
  • Ensure seamless integration and optimization of HRM, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms, partnering closely with IT and external vendors. 
  • Champion the creation of an exceptional end-to-end employee experience through cutting-edge People technology solutions.  
  • Challenge the status quo with confidence, proposing and trying out completely different approaches to drive impactful change.  
  • Drive large-scale change projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across the organization.  
  • Persuade and influence C-suite executives, gaining their support and alignment for transformative digital initiatives.  
  • Utilize design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver impactful digital solutions that address business needs.  
  • Stay ahead of digitalization trends and evolving technology solutions to optimize impact and drive change.  
  • Build and develop a team of subject matter experts dedicated to delivering outstanding digital solutions.  

 

What you will bring:  

  • Deep leadership experience in either HR digital transformation or related IT fields, in large complex organisations.  
  • You will drive innovation, with a user centric mindset and strategic thinking. 
  • Knowledge of HR technologies (cloud platforms, people analytics, automation, AI) and ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize digital tools.   
  • Proven track record in leading digital infrastructure, architecture, and technology roadmaps.  
  • Strong understanding of digitalization and how technology solutions can enhance employee experience and business impact.  
  • Exceptional leadership skills aligned to Ericsson’s leadership principles to create clarity, develop people and drive results.  
  • Excellent communication & listening skills to understand how to optimally execute People processes such as recruitment, succession planning, performance evaluation etc.   
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, global organization with complex priorities.  
  • Experience as a change agent, with a creative and forward-thinking approach to decision-making.  
  • Ability to navigate and integrate diverse cultural perspectives, ensuring digital solutions are effective and inclusive across geographies
