We are looking for an IT Product Owner for Privilege Access Workstation (PAW) and Unified Endpoint Management platform (UEM) to join our Computer & Mobile team. This is a new role in the team to address increasing demands from our internal business stakeholders and external customers.
About Employee Experience – Product Line Computer & Mobile
PL Computer & Mobile delivers managed End User Computing, Mobile Workplace and Endpoint Security to Ericsson’s workforce globally. We manage approx. 200.000 endpoints in a multi-OS environment, using Microsoft Intune as Unified Endpoint Management. During 2025-2026 we are introducing a new service Privileged Access Workstation to address regulatory requirements primary based on European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) combined with Microsoft’s reference architecture for PAW.
Our mission is to deliver an industry leading computer & mobile experience to our Ericsson workforce. We do this based on our core principles, end-user experience, security, sustainability, and economies of scale.
What you will do
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the Products (PAW and UEM) including strategy, roadmap, architecture, and Total Cost of Value (TCV).
- Domain governance and stakeholder management.
- Prepare and drive product decisions, execute roadmap and implementation plans.
- Lead the product core team and sponsor strategic projects.
The skills you bring
Key competencies
- Strong track record of End User Computing / High Security in enterprise environments, preferably High-tech-, Defence- or Banking industry.
- Strong experience and understanding of regulatory requirements related to cyber security and Telcommunication (e.g. ETSI) and enterprise solutions complying with regulations.
- Strong competence of Cloud Security & Zero Trust, deep knowledge of Endpoint, Identity and Network.
- Experience from Product Management and/or senior customer facing roles. Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Expert in Windows operating system and Microsoft’s ecosystem in general, including Microsoft Intune, Entra ID.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of experience: 15 years of experience in the field of End User Computing, High Security / Red Zone use cases (e.g. Secure/Privilege Access Workstation), Unified Endpoint Management.
- Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field.
