As part of the Excellerate program you are able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Strategy Driver in Networks Supply Chain Management!
What you will do:
Supply Strategy & PMO enables a long-term focus for Group Supply. Created in 2023, its aim is to establish and implement a strategy for group supply chains across all business- and market-areas to enable Ericsson’s success. That is to connect and understand business needs, influence go-to-market models where value can be brought through supply chain and translate it to supply chain readiness through e.g., Objectives and Key Results.
Following update of OKRs for Group, Business Areas and Market Areas, Supply will have to continue driving its transformation through strategic decisions and execution. In Strategy and PMO organization, we will focus on:
- Preparing the Ericsson Supply Chain Strategy 2030 in connection to Ericsson and Business Area(s) strategy and priorities
- Updating BNEW strategy on Supply scope
- Establish GSU Key Strategic Questions (KSQs) and project-driven solving structure (e.g., early stage of Supply Strategy Board) to ensure constant alignment between our Strategy and our Objectives
- Adapt our business flows to evolving macro environments and new business models
- Adapt / Update and follow-up on Objectives and Key Results
The skills you bring:

In addition, we believe you have:
- BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Technology, MBA degree or equivalent
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Able to turn research into clear, actionable insights.
- Keen interest to learn and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
- Skilled at using a consultative approach and project management methodologies to solve complex challenges.
- Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
