About this opportunity:
As Manager of Algorithms DPD, you’ll join the TPM DP (DPD & PIMC) Leadership Team with global responsibility for key technology elements of Ericsson’s Radio Platforms. You'll focus on driving development efficiency, pre-development, Silicon architecture, and product introduction of new algorithms. Your leadership, customer focus, and business acumen will be essential, along with fostering collaboration across departments and creating a diverse, inclusive team culture.
What you will do:
- Lead pre-development, verification and integration of DPD algorithms and power amplifier (PA) linearization.
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team across multiple sites.
- Secure collaboration with stakeholders in PA, Silicon, Radio product development and Strategic product management.
- Manage supplier relationships and identify future development challenges.
- Contribute to defining long-term technology strategies and product roadmaps.
- Focus on cost efficiency and time-to-market improvements in the development flow.
The skills you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in radio product development and proven leadership.
- Strong domain knowledge with established credibility in the field.
- Experience in developing technologies, ASICs, algorithms, and Radio Platforms.
- Understanding of signal processing challenges in radio development.
- Experience with flexible digital platforms like FPGAs is a plus.
- Strategic thinker, able to align contributions to Network R&D today and in the future.
- Inspirational leadership, focused on growing high-performing teams.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to drive results across organizational boundaries.
- Decisive, fact-based decision-making in challenging environments.
- Relevant university degree.
